Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Support end-users via remote desktop software, telephone or instant messaging tools to identify and solve technical problems.
Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues
Explore opportunities to improve existing infrastructure and processes
Research new technology and capabilities for business adoption
Document IT inventory, system configurations, updates made to a system and any new procedures or policies created for work
To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Any IT certifications will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
Able to communicate and work as a team with all relevant parties to provide suggestions and solutions.
Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes
Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
