Event Planning and Coordination:
Support HR events/initiatives such as Sports activities, Staff Party, HR Roadshows, Wellbeing related events.
Handle event logistics, communications, and ensure smooth execution.
HR Communications & Social Media:
Create and curate engaging content for internal and external platforms.
Develop ideas for enhancing HR’s social media presence and engagement.
Project Support:
Assist with ongoing HR projects, including HR campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Handle documentation, reports, and presentations related to HR events and activities.
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
Passionate about event planning, content creation, and employee engagement.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4–6 months (starting May/June 2025).
