Manage the operations of Car Park Finance Department and establish best practices for optimal effectiveness and efficiency for current and upcoming Sunway Malls Car Park

Review Car Park Collection Monthly Report and KPI Report and ensure regulatory compliance and internal control are in plare

Review billing and collection of seasonal passes, EV Charger usage and LPR discount code to internal and external customer

Prepare and analyze car park collection analysis report to management as and when required

Highlight car park collection discrepancies or irregularities to relevant parties and propose solution to minimize/eliminate leakages.

Oversee Car Park Collection Reconciliation robot and liaise with vendor for maintenance and enhancement of robot.

Collaborate with internal and external customers on Car Park Finance related matters

Assist in the setting up of new car park sites and car park system.

Monitor staff attendance, verifies overtime claims, and coordinates team assignments and task allocation to maintain smooth operations.

Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.

Minimum three years of working experience in Car Park Management and Finance field.

Proficient administrative/organizational skills.

Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee Car Park Finance Team.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure to achieve collection targets.

Willing to be based in Sunway Pyramid Bandar Selangor.

Possesses advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel) and IT related knowledge.

Possesses intermediate to advance level of understanding in SST and e-invoice regulation.
