JOB SUMMARY
Undertakes building repair works and completes them within the given timeframe.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Carries out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing works according to standard.
Troubleshoots and undertakes hands on repair works for any issues relating to building structure promptly.
Coordinates repair works with suppliers and/or contractors.
Provides support to the Marketing department during festive seasons and setup of displays or decorations.
Assisting COE head on any tasks assigned as and when required.
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Building Services, SPM and recognized trade qualification.
Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Possesses technical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge in relevant legislation (building codes, fire safety, and country standards).
Sound information system knowledge.
Fine attention to detail and quality.
Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
