Liaise with the Leasing team to obtain tenancy agreements, monthly contracts, and license agreements for timely updates in YARDI, particularly for scheduled billing.
Maintain and update YARDI system with accurate tenancy details, including memos, rent schedules, rebate figures, sales master files, and FCU/AHU charges.
Generate and process monthly billing for rent, utilities, late payment interest, percentage rent, fit-out charges, marketing and ad-hoc charges (e.g., chill water, extended hours), and send to tenants as scheduled.
Review rebate documentation, issue credit notes, and adjust billings for revised tenancy terms, area changes, or deferred rental commencements.
Manage billing adjustments related to Letters of Offer, renewals, terminations (including refunds), promotion space, renovation deposit refunds, and waivers.
Verify utility usage and bill tenants accordingly.
Monitor tenant collections daily and perform cash application in YARDI to minimize outstanding balances.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ensure timely month-end closing.
Respond to and manage tenant billing inquiries.
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (spoken).
Experience with YARDI or other property management systems is an advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills, with attention to detail in billing and credit adjustments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for professional tenant engagement and effective cross-department coordination.
1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, credit control, or property billing preferred; fresh graduates with strong financial aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Willing to be based at Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway.
