• Participate in strategic sourcing activities , bid evaluation and vendor selection processes.
• Source, liaise and negotiate pricing with suppliers and contractors
• collaborate with the project team to understand project requirement and scope
• Responsible for preparation and review Tender documents including Bill of Quantities
• Responsible for tender process and documents preparation according to the approved SOP procedure.
• Ability to read and digest drawings, floor plans and able to do measurements in CAD drawings.
• To carry out contract administration duties such as prepare Letter of Award / Purchase Order to contractors, conduct site valuation and prepare interim valuations.
• To manage, evaluate and settle variation orders from time to time.
• To prepare final account.
• To assist on other purchasing related matters if required.
• To assist on other general administration task as required from time to time.
· Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
· minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
· Excellent knowledge of MS Offices ( Excel, MS word and Power Point)
· able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· able to work with a minimum supervision
