Job Description



i)       Documents systematization & upkeep.

ii)     Works in strict confidence and assist superior in all clerical works.

iii)    Receives instructions, vocal and written and carries them out to the best of ability.

iv)    Prepares correspondence letters for the department.

v)      Assists in the preparation and compilation of documents for service contracts.

vi)    Records minutes for department meetings, and other relevant meetings where necessary.

vii)  Tabulates department staff’s monthly overtime claims and obtains the necessary approvals before submission to the HR department.

viii) Assists department staff in leave applications and the updating of their leave records.

ix)    Responsible for the filing of department reports and other documents.

x)      Responsible to coordinate tenant’s complaint through Tenant Log System with all operations department concern.

xi)    To relieve the Receptionist duty during her daily lunch break and any hours or days when the Receptionist is on leave or not at her station;

xii)  Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

xiii) To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.

xiv)  To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

i)        Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

ii)      Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

iii)     Prior experience in clerical work would be an added advantage.

iv)     Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.

v)       Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

vi)     Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
