Administrative Support: Manage the Senior GM’s calendar, travel, and correspondence. Prepare reports and presentations while handling confidential information. Track strategic goals and initiatives.
Strategic Coordination: Support strategic projects, prepare briefing materials, and monitor project timelines.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication, organize meetings, and coordinate events.
Office Administration: Oversee daily operations, manage supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain documentation. Ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Project Management: Assist with special projects, including leasing and marketing, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in executive administrative support, preferably for senior management.
Skills: Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to manage confidential information and multiple priorities independently.

Working Conditions: Full-time role at Sunway Big Box Retail Park with occasional travel.
