Job Summary
Sunway Malls (Wangsa Mall) is looking for Marketing Executive (Marketing Communications) responsible for executing on-ground and digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand image, manage campaigns, content, and tenant communications, while supporting events, social media, and advertising initiatives to drive engagement and mall performance.
Job Description
Establishes best practices for Marketing Communications to ensure effectiveness and excellence in marketing communication and branding.
Constantly monitoring trends and new technology in Marketing Communications for applicability
Develop and execute on ground and online marketing communication strategies to strengthen the mall’s image and performance.
Monitor progress of all marketing communications works against milestones or deadlines.
Establish strong relationship or networking with media.
Provide marketing support to tenants. Ensure tenant information is accurate and timely across website, social media, digital displays, and BTL channels.
Responsible and monitor advertising performance and income. Identify advertising opportunities to generate income and coordinate with agencies and tenants.
Plan, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives across on ground marketing mediums and digital platforms ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Oversee the creation of advertising and promotional content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production.
Provide support during marketing events, campaigns, and festive activations.
Manage customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms, ensuring timely responses.
Work with Group marketing initiatives and other Sunway business units for marketing synergy, cross-marketing and other international marketing program for Sunway Shopping Malls as and when needed.
Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.
To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduate.
• Demonstrate competency in marketing, publicity, branding, internal communication, editorial skills and marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.
