Job Description

  1. Coordinate with Car Park and Pyramid Ice department for the daily depositing of collections into the Car Park Finance safe, ensure all Car Park collections tally with records and sales reports, and banked in timely.

  2. Monitor the operations of the Car Park Finance department and establishes best practices for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

  3. Oversees the daily counting of collections, and prepares the necessary reports and updates.

  4. Receives the daily Car Park collections from the Supervisor - Car Park, and checks that it is consistent with the report.

  5. Ensures the safekeeping of the Car Park collections before it is deposited into the bank.

  6. Arranges for Armed Guards to make the bank deposits, and verifies the bank deposit slips once completed.

  7. Handles cash reconciliations to ensure the amount collected tallies with the audit trail reports.

  8. Ensure accurate, completeness and timely update of car park collection and its settlement to Car Park Monthly Report

  9. Review cashless collection reconciliation and liaise with vendors on collection shortages.

  10. Assists in the analyzing of monthly reports for Car Park collections.

  11. Prepares incentive and overtime claims report on monthly basis.

  12. Train new staff, supervise staff attendance and discipline.

  13. To perform petty cash reimbursement, car park claims, deposit refund and submit to Finance Department.

  14. In charge of new applications, renewals, activation, termination and refund deposit of car park season passes.

  15. Liaise with internal and external customer for systems related matters.

  16. Handles season pass-related inquiries, provides customer care services and ensure all car park collections bank-in on every business day.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.

  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

  3. Proficient administrative/organizational skills.

  4. Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.

  5. Possesses intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel).
