i) Seek vendors that offer a combination of quality materials and services at an acceptable price level. This is to be accomplished by making inquiries that are entirely detailed and specific.

iii) Continually strive to increase understanding of material and processes associated with the product or parts assigned for purchased.

iv) Continually monitor and evaluate assigned vendor performance data of price, quality, on time delivery and service.

v) Administrate, coordinate and cooperatively work with other departments to resolve all issues relevant to the vendor or parts assigned

vi) Analyze and strive to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing and availability relative to the product assigned

i) To ensure goods received in order. Monitor and follow up on goods shortage with end users and vendors.

vii)Communicate appropriately to other managers in the event of any delay, change, or other concern that impact the orders and vendors.

iii) Any other tasks or duties assigned by superior from time to time.

xiii) Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.

xiv) Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.

xv) Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.

xvi) Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.

xvii) Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.

xviii) Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.

xix) Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

i) Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.

ii) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

iii) Possesses good research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

iv) Analytical with fine attention to detail.
