1. Visual & Collateral Development
Collateral Creation: Assist the marketing team in conceptualizing and developing engaging marketing collaterals for upcoming mall events, festive campaigns, and promotions.
Visual Adaptation: Resize, format, and adapt existing master visuals for various marketing channels, including social media, digital screens, website, and printed materials.
2. Asset & Inventory Management
BTL Material Upkeep: Conduct regular checks across all mall assets to ensure that all Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing materials (such as posters, buntings, standees, and directory boards) are accurate, updated, and in excellent condition.
Inventory Tracking: Maintain an organized and up-to-date log of the marketing department's physical inventory, including event props, redemption premiums, and promotional merchandise.
3. Campaign Execution & Support
On-Ground Assistance: Work directly with the campaign Person-In-Charge (PIC) to ensure the smooth setup and execution of mall campaigns, events, and festive decorations.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative, operational, and creative support to the wider marketing team as required to ensure department goals are met.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is highly preferred for visual adaptation tasks.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Good organizational skills to manage inventory and multiple collateral requests.
Willingness to be hands-on and assist with physical event setups across the different properties.
