Job Description

1. To assist Operations Manager in monitoring car park performance and financial performance.
2. Oversee the car park operations and ensure minimal disruption.
3. To plan and execute scheduled maintenance service, either in-house or external service.
4. To check staff attendance record, punctuality, report on any irregularities and monitor staff overtime claim.
5. Monitor staff discipline matters.
6. Prepare car park related report and verify the accuracy and ensure the consistency of the report.
7. Monitor the handling cash float and prepaid ticket usage/QR code usage.
8. Plan and deploy staff in managing car park traffic during the peak time.
9. To involve in procurement and contractor management.
10. To supervise and monitor engaged contractor on all the relevant outsourced work/project.
11. To comply with all company and group policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.
12. Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

i) Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent.
ii) Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
iii) Capacity to work in shifts.
iv) Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
v) Able to speak multi language especially Chinese will be a plus point.
vi) Experienced in License Plate Recognition (LPR) will be a plus point.
