Manage and upkeep the advertising mediums, digital screens and marketing facilities to ensure that they are functioning well and effectively.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the setup, repair, and optimization of digital and physical advertising assets.
Manage the setup and maintenance of marketing-related facilities.
Liaise with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of marketing assets and facilities.
Provide regular reports and propose insights and suggestions to optimize asset utilization and impact.
Develop and refine processes for managing marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Assist on marketing administrative work, document systemization, marketing inventories and reports.
Assist and support marketing day-to-day operational work.
Assist and support marketing campaigns, events and projects.
Assist retailers with marketing activities and support.
Assist in Sunway Malls campaigns, events & projects.
Handle additional special projects, tasks, and duties as assigned from time to time.
Require to travel to different Sunway Malls for support.

A minimum of Diploma Certificate or equivalent.
Demonstrate competency in marketing and events.
Has interest to grow in the mall industry.
Preferably with Marketing/Retail/Event/Operations or IT Experience.
Having prior experience in Mall Marketing Management and a Bachelor Degree certificate is considered as an advantage.
