Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overall marketing administrations, campaigns, external events, operational efficiency, assigned marketing projects and marketing communications

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 1. Responsible for handling all marketing administrative matters such as documentation, raising marketing contracts, handling sponsorships, tracking SOPs etc.

  1. Develop & execute assigned marketing campaign.

  1. Handle rental of promotion and advertising spaces.

  2. Provide marketing support for tenants.

  3. Seek partnerships.

  1. Marketing Operational Support to external and internal events.

  2. Manage inventories for Marketing Operations.

  3. Maintain Strategic Alliances’ clients’ database.

  4. Assist in Marketing events as and when deems necessary.

  5. Develop and execute marketing communications.

  6. Maintain reports files and records.

  7. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

  8. Handle and manage marketing day-to-day operational work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Certificate Marketing or equivalent.

  2. Demonstrate competency in marketing and events.

  3. Has interest to grow in the mall industry.

  4. Preferably with Marketing/Retail/Event/Operations

  5. Having prior experience in Mall Marketing Management and a Bachelor Degree certificate is considered as an advantage.
