 
      We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist (Executive/Senior Executive level) to support the full spectrum of HR functions within Sunway Malls Selangor Region. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement (including sports & wellbeing activities), HR operations, and HR documentation management, ensuring smooth HR processes and positive employee experiences across our malls.
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities (job postings, interviews, offers, and induction).
Prepare, review, update, and maintain proper filing of HR documents and forms (e.g., offer letters, application forms, personal files).
Manage staff insurance applications and claims.
Handle intern, part-time, and contract staff payroll tabulations, including monthly claims and overtime submissions.
Coordinate exit interviews and ensure proper clearance of company assets (e.g., staff ID, parking pass, uniforms).
Administer attendance and leave records in the HR system.
Liaise with department managers on staff-related matters such as attendance, policy compliance, and disciplinary issues.
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programs, sports & wellbeing activities, and internal HR communication initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or retail/property industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and recruitment processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
A team player with high initiative, good problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva (for simple HR design and communication materials), and HR systems (e.g., recruitment portals).
