JOBS DESCRIPTION
Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.
Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked.
Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.
Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty parking ticket).
Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.
Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.
To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
To ensure that consent is obtained from the Data Subjects whenever Personal Data is collected and the Personal Data Protection Notice is always served to the Data Subjects upon collection of their Personal Data
To report any enquiries/ complaints in relation to Personal Data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately
To ensure that all Personal Data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy
To report any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible
To provide full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.
Capacity to work in shifts.
Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Willing to be based in Sunway Carnival Mall ( Seberang Jaya, Penang)
