i) Comments and review tenant concept design submissions for their outlets.

ii) Provides design directions & store planning advice to tenants & their appointed designers.

iii) Performs hands on fit-out coordination works with tenant’s fit-out team.

iv) Coordination between internal departments (Leasing, Procurement and Facility Management) to ensure all necessary landlord provisions and tenant’s requests are resolved.

v) Set & performs inspection with tenant and superior upon completion of each project prior to business commencements

vi) Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works done are accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations.

vii) Execute assigned Interior designing projects.

viii) Regularly update on mall master plan, tenancy plans and landlord provision schedule, ensure the info is accurate & up to date.

ix) Assist in the tenancy design & fit-out services for upcoming shopping mall projects as and when required.

x) Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

i)                   Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

ii)                 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

iii)               Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.

iv)               Possess creative aptitude and proficiency in design software and tools.

v)                  Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.

vi)               Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.

vii)             Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese would be an added advantage.

viii)           Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.

ix)               Willing to be based at Sunway Velocity (Cheras).
