Assist in managing the overall operational concerns of the mall and escalate significant operational issues or problems to the Senior Manager – Operations promptly.
Inspect the setup and operations of retail outlets to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and statutory requirements.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with tenants. Respond effectively and professionally to tenant enquiries, providing detailed information where required.
Handle complaints and dissatisfaction expressed by tenants or customers, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with all departments within the Operations Division to ensure the mall is maintained in excellent condition.
Assist in reviewing and proposing updates or replacements for mall signage as discussed with the Senior Manager – Operations.
Prepare accurate correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports to tenants.
Prepare monthly and annual operational reports as required, following the format defined by the Senior Manager – Operations.
Review tenant fit-out drawings and provide feedback or comments to ensure alignment with mall requirements and standards.
Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Senior Manager – Operations or other superiors from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mall operations, property management, or a similar field.
Familiarity with tenancy agreements, fit-out processes, and mall operational standards preferred.
Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
Willing to be based in Sunway 163 Mont Kiara.
