Comments and review tenant concept design submissions for their outlets.
Provide design directions & store planning advice to tenants & their appointed designers.
Performs hands-on fit-out coordination works with the tenant’s fit-out team.
Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works are done in accordance with approved submissions and compliance with mall regulations.
Set & perform inspection with tenant and superior upon completion of each project prior to business commencements
Coordination between internal departments (Leasing, BS & M&E) & external parties ( Architect, M&E consultant) to ensure all necessary landlord provisions and tenant’s requests and issues are resolved.
Regularly update on mall master plan, tenancy plans, and landlord provision schedule, ensure the info is accurate & up to date.
Execute assigned Interior designing projects.
Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.
To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.
Possess creative aptitude and proficiency in design software and tools.
Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates the ability to work in a team.
