To ensure timely preparation and thereafter control of the operational expenditure of the shopping mall; with particular regard to monitoring and quality of the mall.
To carry out regular inspections of the mall all the services and to take corrective action to an acceptable standard.
To ensure safety in the use of all the mall facilities and services to an acceptable standard and maintain the operational continuity and efficiency.
To coordinate with tenant and resolve customer request
To follow up on the complaint to ensure proper correction and corrective actions are taken.
To conduct daily mall inspection to identify defects, faults, irregularities or deficiencies.
To conduct hygiene and safety inspection on F&B, Retail Outlets and Tenant’s Storage Room.
To implement pest control program that will prevent entrance of pests to the mall and to eliminate or prevent the harborage of pests in and around the mall.
To carry out car park operation duty including account reconciliation, daily collection, clamping and penalty, season pass management, license application & renewal.
To carry out any work request as directly by the management
Degree in Mechanical & Engineering, Facility Management or related Real Estate/Property discipline.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related industry.
experience in shopping malls operations of FM, Building Services, Car Park, Housekeeping, Complaint Management are encouraged to apply.
