Lead and supervise staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily Car Park and Seasonal Pass collections and update daily report for Manager to verify.
Analyze and report on any shortage/ excess of daily Car Park and Seasonal Pass collections to Manager.
Ensure the safekeeping of the Car Park and Seasonal Pass collections before it is deposited into the bank.
Liaise with vendors for maintenance and settings of equipment and system use by Finance (Car Park).
Ensure timeliness updates, accuracy and completeness of daily, weekly, monthly closing of Car Park and Seasonal Pass collections, Bank Reconciliation and GL Interface report and monthly KPI reports.
Liaise with Car Park on daily Car Park collections issue.
Supervises staff in handling application, renewal, termination and basic inquiries on Seasonal Pass.
Follow up on collection of Seasonal Pass billing with inter companies and external companies.
Prepare Sales and Service Tax report and eInvoicing report
Report to Manager on disciplinary issue of staff, breach of internal control and non-compliance to SOP.
Assist Manager in carry out enhancement or improvement to internal controls, system or operations.
Any other tasks or duties as assigned by Manager from time to time.
Minimum Degree or Diploma qualification or equivalent.
Prior relevant experience in a supervisory role would be an added advantage.
Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
The position is to be based in Sunway Pyramid.
