• Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation and vendor selection processes.

• Source, liaise and negotiate pricing with suppliers and contractors.

• Responsible for tender processes according to the approved SOP, document preparation and review of tender documents Bill of Quantities.

• To carry out contract administration duties such as prepare Letter of Award, Purchase Order to contractors, conduct site visit and prepare interim valuations.

• The assist on other purchasing related matters if required.

i) Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, or equivalent.

ii) Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience.

iii) Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

iv) Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, able to prioritize and be able to work independently.
