Manages and coordinates all procurement activities for the Sunway Malls - KL Cluster, including monitoring supplier delivery performance

• Manage and administer centralized procurement activity of Sunway Mall KL Cluster

• Review all purchases process to ensure these are in line with Sunway Group Procurement Policy. Adherence to all Procurement policies and procedures

• Manage and administer contract management

• Evaluating market changes and the company buying trends in order to secure economies of scale and greater procurement leverage

• Securing competitive bids and quotation, where appropriate, in order to increase competition and obtain maximum value

• Developing sources of supply in order to ensure that user departments have an adequate number of reliable vendors from which to obtain materials and services on a fair and competitive basis

• Seek to realize for the company the maximum value for every dollar invested

• Document control and to promote transparency

• Manages staff in the department and oversees their performance

• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time
