Assist in daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and civil works.

Perform general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing tasks according to standards.

Troubleshoot and carry out hands-on repair works promptly for any issues related to building structure or systems.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.

Support preventive maintenance programs and report any abnormalities or unsafe conditions.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on repair or maintenance works when required.

Provide assistance during festive seasons, event setups, and marketing displays or decorations.

Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, materials, and equipment.

Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Minimum a Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, SPM with recognized trade qualification, or equivalent TVET certification.

Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Possesses strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and knowledge of relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and local standards.

Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays (6 working days per week).

Willing to be based at Sunway 163 Mall (Mont Kiara, KL).
