Acts as the department representative in liaising with consultants and other development team to ensures all practices are in accordance with company and department policies.
Constantly monitor new ID trends to keep abreast with market trends for retail environment.
Assists in ensuring and monitoring the team's performance is in accordance with company and department policies.
Monitors and is involved in the execution of ID improvement projects.
To train and prepare the DFS project team, which includes new recruits, to take on the roles.
Monitors and provides coaching to enhance the project team's performance & handles disciplinary issues
Establishes department best practices from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service.
Coordinates and works with operation team, project teams, architects, and consultants on new upcoming malls.
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledgeable with current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.
Proficient in design software and tools.
Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
