Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

i)       Supervises and assists in the daily housekeeping of the Shopping Mall area (i.e., rest-rooms, common areas, service corridors etc).

ii)      Monitors the daily cleaning schedule closely.

iii)    To carry out daily briefing on job task and cleaning schedule every day, and to do head count of contractor’s attendance.

iv)    Liaises with outsourced cleaning contractors, hygiene service provider, waste service provider, pest control service provider.

v)      Carries out regular patrols and checks on the cleanliness of the areas.

vi)    Assist in carrying out inspection at tenant’s outlet.

vii)   To ensure cleanliness, service and facilities in immaculate condition.

viii) Assist in defect reporting process and rectification follow ups.

ix)    Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.

x)      Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.

xi)    Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.

xii)   Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.

xiii) Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.

xiv) Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.

xv)   Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.

xvi) Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation

i)       Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.

ii)      To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.

xvii)       To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

i)      Diploma qualification or its equivalent.

ii)    Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

iii)  Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

iv)   Knowledge in basic general cleaning.

v)    Fine attention to detail and high initiative.
