1. Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.

2. To ensure all electrical DB's , Riser room, MSB Room are well maintained.

3. To check ensure all M&E and Building Services and its installation are in good condition.

4. To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended.

5. Monitoring equipment startup and running through BAS system.

7. Knowledge in electrical, lift & escalator, ACMV, gas, fire protection, plumbing , piping installation and maintenance.

8. To ensure all building & M&E system are in running and good condition. Report to the superior if found any unsolvable problem.

9. To attend to tenant request and complete any related work as necessary

10. To execute work order when assigned

·        Minimum diploma or equivalent TVET certificate.

·        Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is highly desirable.

·        Experience in technical/facility management role in property management, preferably in commercial buildings.

·        Fresh grad is encouraged to apply

·        Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
