Assist in ensuring all electrical equipment and building systems are safe and in good working condition.

Support maintenance of DBs, riser rooms, and MSB rooms.

Perform basic checks on M&E and building services systems.

Assist with preventive maintenance and update maintenance records.

Monitor equipment operation through BAS system.

Support maintenance works across electrical, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems.

Attend to tenant requests and assist in resolving issues.

Carry out assigned tasks and work orders.

Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, SPM and recognized trade qualification.

Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possesses technical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge in relevant legislation (building codes, fire safety, and country standards).

Demonstrates ability to work in a team.

Able to work in shifts and able to work during weekends & Public Holidays, 6 working days.
