Property preventative maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems

Repairs to electrical distribution systems.

Power and lighting preventive maintenance.

Attend to any tenant requests or complaints regarding electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems (telephone, KWH meter, fiber system, SMATV, BMS).

Installation of decorative lighting and event-related electrical systems.

Adherence to technical policies and procedures.

Maintenance of HVAC systems.

Fire protection systems.

PA and AV systems.

Ventilation systems.

Environmental protection, including energy and water-saving initiatives.

Gas distribution systems (LPG & NG).

Workplace safety compliance.

Diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Technical courses or apprenticeship in mechanical and electrical systems would be advantageous.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, and machinery operation.

Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints will be advantages

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
