MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
i) Handling and helping out in marketing administrative task and marketing campaigns and projects.
ii) Assist in Sunway Malls campaigns & projects.
iii) Handle additional special projects, tasks, and duties as assigned from time to time
iv) Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
v) To adhere to the company's safety protocols and guidelines at all times, and to understand and strictly comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook
vi) Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
vii) Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.
viii) Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.
ix) Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.
x) Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.
xi) Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
xii) Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.
