Marketing & Communications Excellence
Lead advertising, promotions, events, PR, and creative design to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Ensure effective communication strategies across digital, social, and offline platforms that resonate with target audiences.
Partnerships & Business Development
Forge strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and alliances that amplify marketing impact and generate commercial value.
Collaborate closely with township and regional teams to develop integrated campaigns that support both mall and community initiatives.
Team Leadership & Operational Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong execution and continuous professional growth.
Manage annual marketing budgets, monitor performance through data insights, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic marketing or retail management, preferably in shopping malls or property industry.
Strong leadership, creative thinking, and partnership-building skills.
Excellent communication, team player and analytical abilities.
Willing to be based in Sunway Big Box (Iskandar Puteri, Johor).
