Operate the cash register and collect payments for all sales transactions at the Ice Rink.
Responsible for daily reconciliation of cash received and tickets sold.
Attend to telephone calls and handle customer enquiries professionally.
Provide customer service at self-ticketing kiosks, including assisting and guiding customers on ticket purchases.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls for daily enquiries.
Assist with basic arrangements and coordination for academy lessons (e.g. schedules, registrations, and enquiries).
Issue tickets, receipts, and vouchers accurately and efficiently.
Maintain proper records and documentation related to sales and administrative matters.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Prior experience in an ice rink or facility maintenance environment is an added advantage.
Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to operate machinery safely (training will be provided).
Strong sense of responsibility with good teamwork skills.
Will be based at Sunway Pyramid Ice (Bandar Sunway)
