Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

  • Inspect tenant outlets and foster positive relationships with tenants.

  • Escalate issues to the Operations Manager & Assistant Manager as needed.

  • Ensure tenant outlets comply with Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.

  • Address tenant inquiries, handle complaints, and manage tenant schedules and deliveries.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and communications to tenants.

Housekeeping:

  • Develop and implement best practices for housekeeping activities.

  • Manage staff rosters, monitor attendance, and oversee service contracts.

  • Supervise cleaning and landscaping services, ensuring effective waste disposal and pest control.

Building Maintenance:

  • Coordinate building repair and upgrading works for improved mall operations.

  • Handle inquiries and complaints related to building maintenance.

  • Liaise with contractors and oversee renovation and dismantling works.

  • Ensure adherence to workflow, systems, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Car Park Operations:

  • Oversee car park operations, ensuring smooth functionality and traffic flow.

  • Ensure cleanliness and security procedures are followed.

  • Manage float checks, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks related to car park operations.

  • Assist in collecting takings from Pay on Exit Kiosks.

Security & Safety:

  • Monitor staff deployment and maintain departmental discipline.

  • Analyze incident reports and coordinate with other departments for security services.

  • Assist in security training and prepare reports for department meetings.

Technical Services (Mechanical & Electrical):

  • Ensure timely execution of emergency repairs and maintenance.

  • Minimize downtime of mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and supervise contractors during renovations.

  • Perform regular inspections and assist in staff rostering.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Open to candidates from other fields of study with high potential.

  • CGPA: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, relevant internships or experience in a related field is a plus.

  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to grow into a leadership role.
