• To conduct market research, and locate and identify prospective tenants.
• Prepare contract and negotiate the deal with prospective tenants.
• Prepare leasing documentation and ensure prospective tenant comply with all terms and conditions as required and manages the amending of leases, assigning of leases, and termination agreements
• Liaises with tenants, consultants, and Mall Management on the submission of retail outlet plans and approval.
• Responsible for the preparation and safekeeping of tenancy contracts, and obtains the necessary signatories and stamps.
• Maintains an up-to-date database of tenants’ contact details and tenancy schedules.
• Prepared and raise E-memo for New Tenancies/ renewal, Change of Trade and Trade Name for management approval for new Tenancy.
• Prepared LO and collects deposits payments on all new Tenancies
• Manages the amending of leases, assigning of leases, and termination agreements.
• Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possesses mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as tenancy agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
