Job Description

The Sunway Group Management Associate Programme aims to develop future leaders of different Business Units or functions within the Group. You are expected to be highly agile while receiving exposure to the following responsibilities and challenges:

  1. Deliver on daily challenges assigned to you by your business unit leaders, which allows you to gain practical business and technical exposures.

  2. Undertake cross-BU special projects that require agility and tenacity, and rewarded with high level of visibility.

  3. Initiate and drive change to advance the growth of your Business Unit and Sunway Group.

  4. Participate in guest auditing, and be part of Sunway Group’s continuous improvements efforts.

  5. Participate in group-wide sustainability and engagement initiatives as programme developers, organisers or committee members.

  6. Complete comprehensive on-the-job training programme under the guidance of experienced senior management.

  7. Complete leadership and personal development programme carefully crafted for you over the 2-year period.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Graduate from a reputable university with CGPA of 3.5 (2nd Class Upper) and above and/ or not more than 2 years of working experience.

  2. Demonstrated proactive leadership in extracurricular activities; holding at least one leadership position in Pre-University or University.

  3. Highly curious and can adapt easily to change.

  4. Collaborative and driven to serve a purpose.

  5. Committed to continuous personal growth.
