Assist the mechanical & electrical (M&E) team in checking that electrical equipment and appliances are safe and in good working condition.

Learn to perform basic checks on mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, building services, and installations under supervision.

Help update maintenance records, checklists, and schedules for preventive and scheduled maintenance activities.

Observe and assist in monitoring equipment startup and operations.

Report observations of any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.

Assist in responding to tenants’ maintenance requests and related tasks as guided by the team.

Minimum diploma or equivalent TVET certificate.

Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is highly desirable.

Willing to be based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.

Required to overtime during peak, work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
