Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.
Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked.
Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods and prevent congestion.
Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty parking ticket).
Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.
Responsible for handling monetary transaction due to Sunway Nexis/Giza do not using LPR system & conduct reporting in term of balance daily reports, and update records.
Shift Handover – Inform the next shift about key updates and incidents.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.
Capacity to work in shifts.
Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
