Handle and organize all tenant fit-out submission documents, approvals, correspondences, and project-related files.
Track submission status, update tenancy and fit-out records, and ensure timelines are met.
Liaise with tenants, consultants, and internal teams (Leasing, BS, M&E) to gather and process required info.
Schedule site inspections, prepare reports, and assist in inspection checklists.
Support basic procurement admin tasks (e.g., raising requisition order and etc).
Assist with site visits and ensure works comply with mall guidelines and approved designs.
Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superiorfrom time to time.
Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Sunway Group’s Compliance Manual.
Ensure no personal data is disclosed to unauthorized third parties withoutprior clearance from the Information Manager or PDPA Officer.
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant design coordination experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD (must-have) and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Experience in a mall or retail environment is an added advantage.
Willing to be based in Sunway Big Box, Johor.
