Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team, with exposure to tenancy management, documentation, and mall leasing operations. This role offers hands-on experience in retail leasing processes, tenant coordination, and market research within a dynamic mall environment.
Assist the Leasing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Support in preparation and processing of leasing documents, tenancy agreements, and reports
Maintain, organize, and update tenant records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
Assist in tracking lease timelines, renewals, and documentation status
Coordinate with tenants on basic leasing matters, including document follow-ups and information requests
Support in conducting market research and competitor analysis on retail trends and tenant mix
Assist in organizing leasing-related events, site visits, and promotional activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes and guidelines
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Leasing team
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and filing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting
