·        To assist Operations Manager on monitoring and oversees the whole operation of Building Services and M&E System

·        Ensure maintenance works and services request are attended promptly and proper record in Daily Log Book

·        Ensure all M&E works carried out by registered services contractor follow schedule and according to the contract’s agreement.

·        To plan, implement and monitor the working schedule for each Facility staff in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive activities.

·        To ensure the all M&E was serviced and tested as per schedule.

·        Responsible to register Competency Qualification with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and ensure all electrical system in good condition

·        To ensure maximum security and safety for all M&E operations and to minimize interruption.

·        To ensure all documentation for servicing and repairing was completed as per schedule.

·        To assist maintenance work when necessary.

·        To raise PR/PO necessary for maintenance related work

·        To monitor and control Building Services and M&E facilities to cater for the mall operational need

·        Diploma/ Degree Holder or Certificate of Competency as Chargeman AO- A4 issued by Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).

·        3-5 years working experience in M&E major in building management.

·        Working experience in shopping mall industry
