Job Description

Job Summary - To perform duties such as preparing leasing & tenancy administration related matters and other relevant documents according to company policies and legislative requirements and consulting with legal advisors.

 

Job Description:

i) To carry out the tenancy administration tasks such as preparation of of tenancy agreements for Tenants' execution, follow through with Tenants in returning the signed tenancy agreements with the required payment, e-stamping of tenancy agreements, etc.

ii) To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreements, tenancy administrative fee, stamp duty, etc.

iii) To review and recommend Sunway Malls Leasing division on tenancy administration and legal related documents and/or matters.

iv) To assist and attend to Sunway Malls Leasing division in negotiation process related to clauses and drafting the appropriate changes on the leasing documents to protect the Landlord and conclude the negotiation deal..

v) To assist in monitoring the completion of leasing and tenancy administration applications in Sunway Malls.

vi) To follow through with the Leasing division in completing their tasks under the most efficient and effective manner with the compliance of the company’s policies and goals.

vii) To prepare initial leasing and/or other related documents for Sunway Malls Leasing division.

viii) To monitor, conduct and prepare tenancy administration and legal related research and/or reports.

ix) To establish and maintain good contact and working relationships with Leasing division, legal advisors and tenants.

x) To attend to ad-hoc assignments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

i)     Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Law, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.

ii)    Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

iii)  Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate via written media

iv)   Possesses mathematical skills to understand profit & loss calculations and basic business finance and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.

v)    Effective communication and presentation skills.

vi)   Able to read and interpret documents such as agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

vii) Computer literate and competent in writing business letters and proposals
