To oversee and manage end-to-end procurement activities for Southern Malls, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing of goods and services. The role will support increasing procurement volume, improve turnaround time, and provide guidance to supporting procurement staff.
Manage and oversee procurement activities for Southern Malls, including non-marketing and marketing-related requirements.
Handle end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, quotation/tender evaluation, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination.
Ensure procurement requests are processed efficiently and within agreed turnaround times.
Monitor procurement workload and prioritize requests to meet operational needs.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and service reliability.
Conduct price negotiations and cost analysis to achieve value for money.
Support contract administration, renewals, and supplier performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and governance standards.
Work closely with mall operations, marketing, finance, and end users to understand requirements and align procurement solutions.
Coordinate with COE procurement teams where applicable to ensure smooth execution of marketing-related orders.
Act as a key point of contact for procurement matters for Southern Malls.
Supervise and guide procurement support staff and contract personnel to ensure smooth workflow and proper documentation.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and management review.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, cost summaries, and management updates as required.
Support internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in retail, mall operations, property management, or large organizations.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and high-volume procurement requests.
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
