Job Description

  • Replying feedback via our omni-channel system (CEH), Telephone Calls and face2face, Handling Emergency Accidents and Incidents

  • Making Announcements

  • Assisting with the loaning of amenities, Lost & Found/ Lost & Found Kids/ Senior Citizens

  • Opening and Closing of Counter

  • Assisting customers with direction face2face, telephone calls, performing extra mile services, Delighting customers on daily basis and festive season

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good writing in English and Bahasa

  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa. Other languages will be an advantage

  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service Related/ F&B/ Hotel & Management Industry

  • Willing to be based in KL
