Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Visual Merchandising
Review BTL artwork files for print readiness, ensuring proper color, resolution, and bleed specifications.
Make minor adjustments or reformatting to artwork for different display dimensions (e.g., scaling a poster design for an L-standee or boom gate wrap).
Apply fundamental visual merchandising principles to site installations, ensuring maximum visibility and impact of:
Lift Posters
L-Standees, Giant Standees, and Mid-size Metal Standees
Pillar Foam Boards and LRT Foam Boards
Festive Decoration
Advise on the optimal placement and layout of displays within retail or public spaces to enhance the customer journey and promotional effectiveness.
2. Production and Preparation
Coordinate the production process for frequently used items such as Lift Posters, Standees, and Foam Boards.
Inspect all produced materials upon arrival to ensure quality, correct specifications, and adherence to design mockups.
Prepare materials and tools necessary for efficient site work.
3. Installation and Execution
Execute the installation and setup of all BTL materials according to campaign briefs and provided visual guidelines.
Install and replace frequently: Lift Posters, L-Standees, Giant Standees, and Mid-size Metal Standees.
Regularly install: Pillar Foam Boards (in-mall pillars, direction signages) and LRT Foam Boards.
Occasionally install: Floor Stickers and Boom Gate wraps/signage.
4. Maintenance and Dismantling
Conduct routine site visits to inspect and maintain installed materials, promptly repairing or replacing damaged items while maintaining visual standards.
Oversee the safe and timely dismantling and removal of all BTL items post-campaign.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
Proven hands-on experience in production, installation, or visual merchandising.
Basic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for pre-press checks and minor file adjustments.
Understanding of Visual Merchandising concepts and how to maximize display effectiveness in a retail/public environment.
Practical skills in using basic tools and working with diverse materials (foam boards, metal frames, decals, etc.).
Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to lift and maneuver display materials.
Desirable
A certification or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent field.
Familiarity with various printing specifications and large-format production.
Good time management and organizational skills.
