Provide administrative support as required, including PO issuance, preparation of price tabulations, and creation and updating of vendor/supplier databases.
Assist the Procurement Department with tasks assigned by Procurement team members.
Follow up on non-closed POs with end users and vendors.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of procurement-related records.
Coordinate with end users and vendors on order status and delivery matters.
Perform other procurement-related administrative duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation (POs, quotations, invoices) is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
Willing to be based at Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).
