Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage day-to-day campaign operations while contributing fresh ideas to drive brand awareness and creating impact in the digital sphere.
Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)
1. Project Management
Martech Solutions: Develop, plan and liaise with vendors in developing new martech solutions that will benefit digital marketing growth and brand exposure.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and develop new digital marketing strategies that increase brand exposure in the digital sphere.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
Paid Media: Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn). Monitor budgets and bid strategies daily to ensure optimal ROI.
CRM Marketing: Plan and execute CRM activities (Email marketing campaigns (EDMs), push notifications, etc.)
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Data Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Digital Marketing Manager, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Website & SEO Maintenance
Website Content Updates: Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and banners to support ongoing campaigns.
SEO Basics: Have basic keyword research and SEO technical skills, as well as keen to explore LLM search.
5. Market Research & Trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates (e.g., algorithm changes), emerging technologies & trends and competitor activities.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget
Has bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields
Have experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM tools, email marketing platforms and SEO tools
Interested in the latest trends in digital marketing and social media
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Experience in agency is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Curious and open to learning about digital marketing, with basic awareness of the landscape
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
