Monitor daily security activities across all shifts.
Supervise and guide security personnel (guards, control room operators, etc.).
Implement and enforce access control, CCTV monitoring, and patrolling procedures.
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Investigate and report any theft, loss, vandalism, or safety breaches.
Conduct routine safety inspections of premises, facilities, and fire protection systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, hoses, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) / local regulations.
Support regular fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency preparedness exercises.
Maintain safety signage, PPE compliance, and hazard communication.
