JOB SUMMARY
To assist the Manager Operations in responsible for the overall operational concerns of the mall.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
i) Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
ii) Escalating issues and problems to Operations Manager when necessary.
iii) To work closely with the Housekeeping department in ensuring the Shopping Mall is kept at tip top condition.
iv) Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
v) Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants of the Shopping Mall.
vi) Effectively presents information and responds to Tenant’s enquiries in detail.
vii) Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by Tenants or customers.
viii) Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
ix) Manages tenants’ schedules for delivery of goods from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
x) Prepare relevant correspondence letters, e-mails and reports to Tenants.
xi) Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
xii) To comply with all company policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.
i) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, or an equivalent field.
ii) Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience.
iii) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
iv) Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese.
