To assist the security officer in supervising the shift of security guards on duty.

To check on guards at their respective posts and ensure that the guards are briefed and trained on their duties and responsibilities.

To assist the security officer in conducting roll call and uniform checks.

To assist in the provision of security equipments for guards on duty.

To ensure the smooth operations of the shift.

To maintain a standard productivity and discipline level among the guards.

To patrol the common area in the mall and car park and take the appropriate security measures in ensuring the complex / tenant / customer safety.

To prevent theft / damage / accident / incident from happening in the complex

To patrol and visit all designated checkpoints and security visit books as in the daily roster

To report all theft / damage / accident / incident to the officer on duty for next appropriate line of action.
